Head Chef - Karl Harper Meet Karl Harper. Karl officially became the new Head Chef of the Terrace Restaurant as of Wednesday 19th September 2012. He has joined us from the Hare & Hounds Braintree where he was Head Chef/Manager since 2010. Their loss is our gain, so please join us in welcoming Karl to the Terrace Restaurant team.
