From the A12/A14 proceed eastwards, over the Orwell Bridge, bear left to the A12 at the sign 'Felixstowe/Ipswich East/Lowestoft'. Stay on the A12 towards Lowestoft, proceed towards Woodbridge, at the sign 'Lowestoft A12' continue on the A12 - do not turn of into Woodbridge Town Centre. Take the first left at top of hill, signposted Seckford Hall Hotel. We are past the Hotel on the left hand side.
